Art. 1. GENERAL
1.1 International Dance IDFC ATW 2020 & Competition (IDFC ATW 2020) "Around the Wordl".

Art. 2. OBJECTIVES
2.1 The objectives of the Competition Gala:
Disclosure of dances as an art form;
Attraction of the population towards cultural values.
Diffusion of the dance arts
2.2 Tasks of the competition:
Identification of the best creative teams and artists;
Conservation and enhancement of the cultural heritage of Italy and other countries of the world;
Dissemination of experience and improvement of the professional skills of the participants

Art. 4. IDFC ATW 2020 PROGRAM:
Registration is open to everyone, regardless of race, religious ideas, policies and / or belonging to a specific body for the promotion of sport. The selection of the songs for the performances is free.
- Villa Bombrini (Genoa) - from 10.00 to 15.00 Master class with choreographers and international guests
- Villa Bombrini (Genoa) - from 12.00 to 18.00 - "Sabantuy" party with performances and traditional dishes of the people of Tatarstan
- Villa Bombrini (Genoa) - 8.00 pm - Opening of the International Festival: exhibition of the participants and international guests of classical ballet
- Piazza dei Micone (Genoa) - from 18.00 to 22.00 - International Festival: exhibition of the participants and "Sabantuy" Festival with performances and traditional dishes of the peoples of Tatarstan
25.10.2020 - 10.00 - 22.00 - Modena National Theater (in case of restrictions - Palazzetto dello Sport di Borzoli - Genoa) - Competition with international jury
Art. 5. CATEGORIES AND SECTIONS:
BABY category from 5 to 8 years
KIDS category from 9 to 11 years
JUNIOR category from 12 to 15 years
SENIOR category from 16 years onwards
GROUPS: In each category the average of the years of the participants will be calculated
- Folk Dance & Character Dance
- Modern Dance & Contemporary Dance
- Choreographic Composition / Dance Show
In the nomination "Choreographic Composition / Dance Show" are admitted compositions of: Musicals, Choreographies of Sports Dances, Folk-stylized dance; Tip tap
In the nomination "Folk Dance & Character Dance" the dances of the peoples of the world are admitted.
ART. 6. DURATION
The selection of the songs for the performances is free. Maximum duration of the performances: 4' for the groups, 2'30” for the “pas de deux” and 2' for the soloists. Please DO NOT exceed the maximum duration. Otherwise, with a gap of 10" maximum, the music will be interrupted and the performance will be penalized during the voting.
Art. 7. JURY OF THE IDFC ATW 2020
7.1 The jury of the competition is made up of experts and leading figures in the field of international dance. The jury's decision is final and not subject to revision.

7.2 The decisions of the jury at each stage of the competition are unquestionable and the judgment is divided into several parameters with the relative separate voting based on:
compositional construction of choreography;
presence on stage (costume, culture of performance)
At the end of the competition the total scores for each performance will be published on the site. At the request of the school manager, the table with the scores of each individual judge and their observations can be sent.
At the end of the Competition School leaders will have the opportunity to ask the judges questions.
Art. 8A. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

Groups € 100.00 + € 10.00 per person
Groups € 50.00 + € 10.00 per person - Starting from the 2nd choreography of the same participants

Starting from the second choreography: € 15.00 per participant / choreography
Starting from the third and beyond choreography: € 10.00 per participant / choreography
Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances. If the minimum number (five) for each category is not reached, it will be combined with the higher category.
FOR PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION THE PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL is FREE.
Art. 8B. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE FESTIVAL ONLY
Soloists Baby, Junior and Senior € 15.00 / choreography
Step Two: € 15.00 per participant / choreography
Groups € 10.00 per participant / choreography
Starting from the second choreography: € 10.00 per participant / choreography
Starting from the third and beyond choreography: € 5.00 per participant / choreography.
Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances. In case of failure to reach the minimum number of members, the organization reserves the right to combine and / or delete categories.
All costs relating to travel, accommodation and meals of the competitors are to be paid by the participants in the competition (for assistans visa – travel – transfer – accomodation: please, apply to to Luisa Potenza – Managing Director)

One lesson = € 25.00
Two lessons = € 40.00
Open Card = € 60.00

Registration for IDFC ATW 2020 is carried out on the basis of the signed Regulations and the Registration Forms (online directly from the IDFC ATW 2020 site) and Authorization for minors signed, all documents must be EXCLUSIVELY in scanned and NOT photographed .pdf format.
The teacher and / or the contact person is responsible for the authenticity of the documentation provided. Should the organization find the untruthfulness and / or incompleteness, the managers and their competitors will be excluded from the IDFC AtW 2020 in addition to incurring any penalty.
The fact of the official registration shows that all participating dancers are healthy. Covid-19 self-certification is mandatory (downloadable from the website). The foreign competitor must have an accident insurance policy valid on the date of the performance. The organization declines all responsibility for damage to persons and / or property that may occur during the event, whether the same suffered and / or caused by members of the IDFC ATW 2020.
Small-sized objects and mobile scenography set-ups are allowed on stage at the time of the performance, as long as they are easy to transport and remove. Participants assume the responsibility of quickly removing the scenography at the end of the performance (max 30 ")
Competitors will not be allowed to use make-up or body creams that can dye or make the dance floor of the stage slippery, nor use liquid substances, paints, talcum powder or anything else, which endanger or hinder the correct continuation of the performances.
There will be no space rehearsal on stage before the competitions.

9.1 All costs relating to travel, accommodation and meals of the competitors are to be paid by the participants in the competition. 9.2 It is strictly forbidden to record audio and video during the Competition, the management reserves the right to freely use the photographic and audiovisual material for advertising purposes. Each participant in the IDFC AtW 2020 or whoever takes his place, upon registration waives any copyright of representation, any remuneration for participation in the IDFC AtW 2020 and authorizes the organization to acquire and use the its image solely for promotional and dissemination purposes authorized by the legislation in force.
9.3 The organization reserves the right to make changes to the program if necessary for the success of the IDFC ATW 2020. For reasons of force majeure the organization reserves the right to postpone the entire event, in this case the registration fees they will be transferred directly to the new date. In no case will refunds be obtained on hotel and / or travel bookings, or any means used.
9.4 For access to the dressing rooms and backstops each school will be provided with 1 to 3 passes, according to the number of performances entered in the Competition Gala: - 1 choreography = 1 pass - 2 or more choreography = 2 pass
People in possession of the pass will be responsible for the preparation and conduct of their dancers. It is strictly forbidden for dancers and accompanying persons to stop near the stage entry / exit during the Competition. Stage Managers will be present in the backstage and will ensure the fluidity of the event; any person who won’t respect this figure may be required to leave the spaces intended for the artists even if this person is a participant himself.
9.5 THE DANCE SCHOOL IS AWARE THAT THE SEATS ARE SUBJECT TO RESERVATION. Each school will be able to book tickets for the public only for the Competition and the Grand Gala, by making a written request using the appropriate form and until they are sold out. Floor plan of the stalls is on the site. Partial contribution in competition expenses: € 10.00 / person (€ 5.00 for children under 10).
Payment must be made by bank transfer to: Dance Mission Asd IBAN: IT45S0335901600100000154009 reason: partial contribution in competition expenses and name of the school and / or soloist.
PLEASE NOTE: in case of reduced admission, attach a copy of the tax code of the child under 10.
9.6 The music must be sent ON and NOT BEYOND October 25, 2020 to the organization via email with the present form attached. Candidates on their arrival must still be equipped with CD (for emergencies): on a single track and labeled with the following data:

Art. 10. AWARDS
All participants receive the Certificate of Participation
Prizes to be won:
Cups and personalized plaques by the artists participating in the "Balletto a Nervi" vernissage
Scholarships to be defined
Dancewear and shopping vouchers
Competitors are not entitled to any compensation for participation in the IDFC ATW 2020.
Art. 11. Each participant, upon registration, accepts without reservation all the articles of this regulation in every point and content.
Art. 13. Every decision is up to the asd Dance Mission for anything not covered by these Regulations. The Organizers reserve the right to make changes to it at any time, promptly informing the participants. For anything not provided for in these Regulations, reference will be made to the law and for any dispute the Court of Genoa will be competent.
